Announcements must be submitted 45 days before the event. The website will run your announcement for at least three (3) weeks to ensure maximum exposure to the congregation of the upcoming event.
Your request will be reviewed and approved by the Technology Committee in approximately 3-4 days. You will be notified by email or contact number. Please do not attempt to contact us by phone.
It is strongly recommended that all announcements have approval by the church secretary before submision. This will cut down on any conflicting announcements.
Please make sure that any “ministry sponsored events” being placed on the website are booked on the church calendar BEFORE the website request is submitted. If a ministry sponsored event is not on the church calendar, we will not post the announcement.
